Neuro Rehab Care

This project was a partial remodel to an existing home and we added two new buildings to form a entry courtyard. With the opportunity  to create a new image from the old, we painted the existing brick and built a continuous new porch that connects all three buildings together.

The Neuro Rehab Care is an adult residential care home for clients that are struggling with brain and spinal cord injuries.  This facility has a maximum size of 14 beds; the main house has 6 individual bedrooms, living area, dining, kitchen, therapy gym and offices; The second building has four individual independent living apartments and the third is a more private setting with four individual bedrooms connected to a living, kitchen and dining room.

All together this complex is approximately 12,000 SF.
